The aircraft is in service with the air forces of Italy, the Republic of Singapore, Israel and Poland, as well as the International Flight Training School.

A jet aircraft for the training of military pilots starting from the earliest stages of basic training, offering significant benefits for effective training at a cost comparable to that of a turboprop aircraft. Chosen by the Italian Air Force to replace the MB-339 aircraft currently in service, the M-345 is destined to become the aircraft of the Pattuglia Acrobatica Nazionale (PAN), the aerobatic demonstration team of the Italian Air Force.
